Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted with an order is accurate and complete.
This includes:

- Size
- Color
- Quantity
- Artwork
- Logos
- Text
- Customization instructions
- Shipping and billing information
Customers should carefully review their order before submitting it.
3. Custom Orders
Custom-made products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund once production has started, except where the issue is caused by an error on our part as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Because customized products are made specifically for the customer, they may not be resalable to another customer.
4. Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.
The applicable price for an order is the price confirmed at the time the order is placed, subject to any applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other fees.
5. Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases involving pricing errors, unavailable products, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
6. Artwork and Customer Content
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, logos, text, images, or other materials supplied to Custom Pack Experts are accurate and that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use them.
Customers agree not to provide content that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
7. Proofs and Approvals
Where a proof or design confirmation is provided, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving the proof before production.
Once a customer approves a proof, changes may not be possible.
Errors approved by the customer may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
8. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on production requirements, carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s policies and procedures.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Custom Pack Experts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
