Orders are processed after the required order information and specifications have been received and confirmed. Custom orders may require additional production time. Estimated production and shipping times may vary by product and destination.

2. Shipping Times

Any shipping timeframe displayed on our website or provided by our team is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date unless specifically stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by:

  • Weather
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Customs processing
  • High shipping volumes
  • Other circumstances outside our control

3. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Custom Pack Experts is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the applicable order, destination, package characteristics, and shipping method. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed or communicated before order completion where possible.

5. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided after the order has been shipped. Customers can use the carrier’s tracking system to monitor delivery progress.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If a shipment is delayed, customers should first review the tracking information and contact us if assistance is required. Once an order has been shipped, delivery is also subject to the policies and procedures of the shipping carrier.

7. Incorrect Products

If you receive a product with a size or color that differs from the specifications confirmed in your order due to an error by Custom Pack Experts, please contact us as soon as possible. The issue will be reviewed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Customer-Selected Size or Color

If the product delivered matches the size and color selected and confirmed by the customer, the order will be considered correctly fulfilled. A refund will not be issued because the customer selected the wrong size or color or expected a different size or color.
